NSYBA Fall Pony Baseball League

The NSYBA Fall Ball Season is just around the corner. Fall Pony Baseball is designed for kids that are just entering the 7th, 8th, or 9th grade. Like all our Pony leagues, this will be played on the 54-80 Baseball diamond field dimensions. Games will begin the weekend of August 23rd (with some teams beginning Labor Day weekend, and others the week after Labor Day). Teams will play 1 game each Saturday, along with additional weekday games if desired. Accommodations can be made for teams that would prefer to play Sunday games instead of Saturdays.

The season concludes with a weekend Fall Ball tournament, taking place Thursday October 16th – Sunday October 19th. (With the following weekend serving as the rain date).

The level of play is Pony ‘House-League’. Teams that were 12u teams during the Spring and are just moving up to Pony are welcome to play. For higher end 13u teams and all 14u teams, the NSYBA recommends playing in the Glenview Baseball Fall League.

The NSYBA Fall Ball league is a ‘free-to-play’ league, in that there is no registration cost for community sponsored teams. However, home teams will provide their own umpire, game balls, as well as their own home fields. Accommodations can be made if no home field is available. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
