After smooth sailing in the first two rounds vs Park Ridge Black and the Evanston Cubs, Bensenville then had a come from behind win in the semi-finals game against Skokie Indians Black. This setup a championship game against Skokie Indians Blue, who had a regular season record of 7-2-1. After falling behind early in the game, Bensenville rallied in route to an 8-4 victory.
